Poly Aluminium Chloride - PAC

PAC products are used in water treatment to remove suspended solids (turbidity) present in colloidal surface water. With these products flocculation is facilitated in a chemical process by which the colloidal substances present in the water coalesce; thereby, facilitating subsequent filtration and decanting.

The physical and chemical properties of are produced in aqueous solutions, ranging in color from colorless to amber and clear to turbid appearance; have a specific gravity at 25°C ranging from 1.2 to 1.35. Viscosity measured in a Brookfield viscometer at 25°C, is generally between 10 to 50 mPas.
